Full-time Order Administrator

at Terumi Job Contractors Inc. in General Trias

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for contract review to insure the terms and conditions agreed with customer order, as well as other details are clear
  • Review and create part numbers and verification of standard cost building
  • Book, proceed and communicate orders, insuring a high quality of commitment and communication between customer, sales, sourcing and manufacturing
  • Follow up on orders at all levels until order has been shipped and invoiced, insuring that the finance and inventory are impacted in the right way
  • Schedule orders to support the day -to -day manufacturing activities, and oversee clean up backlogs
  • Provide assistance to the project management process and review as well as the monthly report and revisions

Required Experience:

  • Order administration experience
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize, multitask and follow through in a timely manner
  • Able to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership

Willing to be assigned in Sucat, Paranaque
4years Graduate of any course.
