Qualifications:

  • College Level/Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Minimum 2years of BPO experience
  • Should have at least 6 months relevant experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
  • Exceptional listening skills, with proven ability to provide tactful feedback and remain objective in the scoring process.
  • Should be able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Call Monitoring Procedures
  • Knowledge of quality tools
  • Willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedule
  • Available to start IMMEDIATELY
