Asama Realty and Development Corporation was established in 1995 by a Filipina entrepreneur through its alliance with one of Japans key players in the construction industry, particularly in the business of manufacturing load bearing concrete hollow blocks, ASAMA-Keiseki Company Limited. Since its birth, the company has become one of the market leaders in the production and distribution of concrete hollow blocks in the country. Capitalizing on modern technology through the installation of Tiger Machines 1 and 2, it has met and even surpassed the expectations of its clients through the production of superior quality CHBs. The Manufacturing Plant is located in Bo. Alulod, Mataas na Lupa, Indang Cavite. The following year witnessed the companys rapid progress from a mere hollow block manufacturer into a thriving real estate developer. In 1996, Asama completed an 8-unit townhouse project located in Pulang Lupa, Las Piqas City called Asama Town Homes. These town homes, which boast of elegance and comfort in terms of architecture, are designed to meet the needs of the middle-income earners as well as executives. Year 1998 ushered a more promising construction project for Asama  the development of a subdivision on a three-hectare land with the 318 unit inventory located in Mataas na Lupa, Indang, Cavite. The Asama Homes, a residential subdivision, underscored the companys commitment to provide a pleasant community at reasonable cost. All parts of the construction shall be finished with class workmanship to the fullest. Year 2000 saw the companys engagement in other trades. The company became an exclusive dealer of high-quality Hitachi air-conditioning units in the locale of Cavite. Furthermore, seeing the positive market potential of Charcoal business in the Philippines and Japan, the company successfully ventured in the Manufacturing and Trading charcoal in the year 2002. The said project, which was the brainchild of Asama Chairman Kiyoshi Muto,, has since reaped excellent sales rates, especially with the intervention of more advanced technology. With the positive market response business is expected to broaden its scope to include regional, national and even international distribution. Since 1995, Asama has continuously evolved and transformed itself for the better in order to perpetually provide its clients with topnotch products and construction projects in the year to come.
