| Job Description:
� Provide administrative assistance/office support to the Manager and other Section of the group
� Manage manager's calendar. Admin to support group's meetings ie. minutes taker, follow-up ARs
� Responsible in keeping and maintaining files and records
� Procure and Generate monthly inventory report for office supplies
� Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the area
� Process PR on various project
� Bulletin Board Management
� Provide administrative and logistic needs of internal/external group's event
Qualification:
� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
� At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
� Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.
� Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
� Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Clerical/General Administration or equivalent.
