QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Behavioral Science, BS Psychology or Human Resource Management course.
• At least with 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor or as HR Assistant Manager in a manufacturing set-up or with medium size company.
• Keen to details
• With strong leadership skills
• Able to relate with different kinds of level of people inside the organization
• With vast knowledge in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development and Employee Relations.
• Willing to relocate in Rosario, Cavite
