Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and office management tasks for the office of a memorial park.
• Perform secretarial and administrative tasks in support of executive manager.
• Coordinate and oversee memorial park services.
• Assist in coordination and overseeing of memorial park construction projects.
• Handle and process customer inquiries and orders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Local applicants only. Preferably from Gen.Trias and nearby areas
-Graduate of B.S. Business Administration/ Management or any related course.
-Minimum of 2 yrs. work experience
• Team player.
• Pleasant personality.
• Pleasing appearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Creative and is able to design promotional hand-outs for the company (i.e. brochures, flyers).
• Composition of letters in English.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to deal with customers and work independently.
• Excellent at following through with tasks.
• Possess the following traits: mature, self-motivated, self-regulating, self-disciplined, has initiative, honest and hard working.
• Practicing/real Christian.
• Willing to learn and train.
• Excellent organizational skills
