DRIVER
Job Summary
• To safely transport goods loaded into the vehicle to their respective destinations.
• To maintain the smooth running condition of the vehicle assigned to him.
• Reports to the Logistics Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
• Delivers goods to assigned location.
• Assess truck delivery crews’ performances.
• Prepares assigned vehicle for the loading of goods from the warehouse.
• Performs stock picking in the warehouse for the deliveries deployed to them by the Logistics Supervisor.
• Responsible for the goods within their assigned vehicles until received by the account or returned to warehouse.
• Makes the MRF (MAS/PMS remittance form) and cancellation forms.
• Pick up of Rejection and Bad Orders from accounts only when there is an RGS (Return Goods Slip) submitted by the authorized sales agent only.
• Operates their respective vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Does the scheduled preventive maintenance of the vehicle including cleaning the trucks on a daily basis.
• Accountable for the condition of the truck.
• Studies and discovers new and more efficient routes to their destinations.
• Performs pre-departure Safety Check (BLOWBAGS).
