QA/QC Supervisor
at M2 Fabrication Incorporated in Rosario
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead cross functional team throughout the new product introduction process.
•Perform Technical Evaluation, checking and inspection.
•Fully responsible for the mechanical/technical development of material product including mechanical engineering, tooling, work instructions, bill of materials, and technical drawings.
•Communicate project status to GM and concerned departments.
•Responsible for all quality matters both internal and external.
•Coordinates with customers regarding quality complaints.
•Responsible in the total quality of the products using Customer’s Specifications and Inspection guide Master/Limit samples.
•Perform visual and dimension inspection of all sample products from production.
•Strictly ensure the implementation of Standard Inspection Procedure.
•Prepare the quality report such as SCAR, CPAR, Quality Alert and MRB in all items with quality issue.
•Generate weekly and monthly report.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
•Must be a graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical etc) or any 4-year related field.
•Must have strong technical background.
•Knowledge in ISO audit and certification is an advantage.
Job Qualifications and Work Experience:
•Minimum at least 1-2 years work experience is required.
•Must be 29-35 years old, Male or Female.
