Responsibilities:

1. Handle interior design projects which requires production of the working drawings, consultant coordination’s, production of collateral’s.
2. Manage exhibit or event design projects in between which involves monitoring back production and the actual execution of the event.
3. Attend site meetings, technical meetings, off-site production checks, post and pre construction conferences.
4. Conceptualize and research for project mood boards and should be able to translate ideas into visual images.
5. Style interiors and events with decorative floral and non-floral elements
6. Must be able to produce quick sketches and concepts for presentation.
7. Consults with the Senior Design Architect in the preparation of complete construction and conceptual drawings.
8. Prepares individual lot plans and blue prints requested by the buyers through Realty Management personnel.
9. Coordinates drawings with other CAD staff about the related drawings.
10. Checks preparation of drawings made based on the approved design before submitting it to the Senior Design Architect to have the final checking.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Architecture or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Capable of using Auto Cad.
