IT Assistant Manager (Cavite / FCIE)

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for all IT aspect of the company to manage, develop, implement and support the company wide information systems, networks and services. Plan and manage resources to deliver the optimum IT solutions. Promote systems solutions to management problems. Develop strategic plans in accordance with management expectations and needs, incorporate systems solutions and support the company’s IT policies and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Plan, coordinate and manage IT-related activities in the company, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities that ensure networks and systems will continuously function without any major interruption in its functionalities.
2. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices in the company
3. Lead the operational and strategic planning including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing the allocation of resources.
4. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals.
5. Benchmark, analyze report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and systems.
6. Oversee provision of end-user technical support services and data protection, backup and recovery efforts to provide better services, attitude, quality of work and timeliness.
7. Direct research into potential technology solutions in alignment with business needs and keep current with the latest technologies.
8. Oversee the development and implementation of al lT policies and procedures including those for architecture, security, recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision.
9. Design, develop, implement and maintain in-house systems to fulfill the needs of internal customers.
10. Prepare IT related budget and manage the expenditure to ensure spending is within the approved budget.
11. Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment.
12. Evaluate and appraise the performance of subordinates and training needs in relation to competence development program
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Pertinent Experience
- At least more than 10 years operational experiences in IT plus more than 3 years of which in Managerial level in Japanese Manufacturing Company and desired to have an experience of new factory establishment.
