Human Resource and General Affairs Assistant Manager (Cavite / FCIE)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and manage HR functions, including Compensation Benefit & Employee Relation, Resource/ Recruitment, Competence Management and Organizational Development, HR information system. * Responsible for plan, direct and control the administration activities, including service and support in utility and assistance to employee including expatriate and ensure that such services are delivered in high quality and achieve employee’s satisfaction within the cost and efficiency consideration. * Develop and formulate HR policies and procedures to ensure the compliance with government regulation, the direction from Global / Regional HR, and suitability with the local condition as well. * Create conducive, safe and secure working climate/ culture within the company organization.Requirements:
* Candidates must have a degree in Organizational Psychology, Management or any related Business or Behavioral Science course. * Must have at least 7 years of solid experience in thsa same position, handling all facets of Human Resource Management and General Administration, preferably from a Japanese Manufacturing Company. * Excellent leadership ability, effective communication skills, Innovative, analytical and can work under pressure. * Willing to start immediately.Interested applicants may send or drop their comprehensive resume in text format w/ picture and contact number to:
