Production Assistant Manager (Cavite / FCIE)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operation of continuous manufacturing production to meet the requirements of quality, cost and delivery.
1. Responsible for the effective monitoring, controlling and improvement of productivity, quality, safety and cost of production operations.
2. Implements immediate corrective and preventive actions for productivity, quality, safety and cost problems as necessary and ensures that follow-up is carried out to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of corrective and preventive action done.
Requirements:
* Candidates must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering and or other Engineering Management course. * At least more than 10 years in Production operational experiences plus more than 5 years of which in Managerial level in Japanese Manufacturing Company and desired to have an experience of new factory establishment. * Possess excellent leadership skills and effective communication skills, analytical and innovative. * Willing to start immediately.Interested applicants may send or drop their comprehensive resume in text format w/ picture and contact number to:
