*Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related course. *With at least 5 years experience in Recruitment role from a manufacturing set-up preferably in electronics or semicon industry. *Resourceful, dynamic and with enterprising skills to readily communicate with business leaders. *Must be adept in administering and interpreting psychological exams. *Has good communication skills and high level of customer service orientation. *With effective time management skills. *Can demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people. *Knowledgeable of local employment law. *Excellent business ethics and integrity. *2 positions available.
