Compliance Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the Program.
- Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested of the Department.
- Process all permits needed for the company.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management / Administration or equivalent.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.
- Organized, systematic and highly analytical.
- A team player and can work in a fast paced environment and has ability to multi-task.
