Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for contract review to insure the terms and conditions agreed with customer order, as well as other details are clear
- Review and create part numbers and verification of standard cost building
- Book, proceed and communicate orders, insuring a high quality of commitment and communication between customer, sales, sourcing and manufacturing
- Follow up on orders at all levels until order has been shipped and invoiced, insuring that the finance and inventory are impacted in the right way
- Schedule orders to support the day -to -day manufacturing activities, and oversee clean up backlogs
- Provide assistance to the project management process and review as well as the monthly report and revisions
Required Experience:
- Order administration experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to prioritize, multitask and follow through in a timely manner
- Able to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership
Willing to be assigned in Sucat, Paranaque
4years Graduate of any course.
