Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any Business Related course
• Female
• Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in General Accounting and Cash handling
• Knowledgeable in SAP

Responsibilities:

• SAP encoding
• Bank Transaction
• Responsible for the accurate recording and journalizing of expenses and accounts in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles in order to help facilitate the preparation of the monthly financial statements.
• Maintain, monitor and prepares daily/monthly cash position reports and journalizes the resulting transactions.
• Prepares daily petty cash vouchers, audits supporting documents, and journalizes the transactions.
• Act as auditor during physical inventory stock take.
