Qualifications:
- College Level/Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Minimum 2years of BPO experience
- Should have at least 6 months relevant experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
- Exceptional listening skills, with proven ability to provide tactful feedback and remain objective in the scoring process.
- Should be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Call Monitoring Procedures
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedule
- Available to start IMMEDIATELY
