Matech was primarily engaged in the assembly of electronic components and PCB assembly.
For the continuous success of Matech, we are looking for high caliber individuals to join with the following qualifications for:

Responsibilities:

• The position shall be directly responsible for the effective planning, direction setting, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the over-all Engineering and Maintenance.
• This will involve on strategies, programs, systems and processes with the objective of ensuring operational continuity.

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 35 years of age.
• Graduate of BSECE, BSEE, BSME, BSIE or any related engineering courses.
• Preferably with experience in electronics or semiconductor company.
• Have knowledge on TPM, ISO 9000 / ISO 14001
• Must have full knowledge on all or any of the following:
  - HVAC.
  - Industrial Electrical System.
  - Air compressors.
  - Exhaust System and the likes.

• Well versed on all or any of the following, per area of expertise:
  - Problem solving techniques.
  - Knowledgeable on statistical tools
  - Knowledgeable on electromechanical pneumatics and electronic circuit
  - Knowledgeable on facilities equipment

• With strong administrative, organizational and communicational skills.
• Can implement Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Systems.
• Can start immediately.
• Willing to work in Cavite area.
