Job Description:
- MySNS Telemarketing with daily potential sales quota (Primary Task)
- Dialling leads to get contact center clients - prequalification
- Building client list
- Do follow up calls
- Appointment setting for Mike to close potential deals
- Agent buffer for any absent agents on other campaigns - flexible time
- Cross-trained to all client campaigns (Voice and Non-Voice)
- Assist the trainers and QA from time to time if needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have telemarketing experience
- Should have customer service experience
- Typing speed is on average level
- Confident to be our frontline sales guy
- Good working attitude
- Punctual
- Flexible to work at either day or night shift
