Full-time Sales Marketing Manager

at Myservice And Support Corporation in General Trias

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers the quota set by the management: - To get new contact center client/campaigns at minimum of 10 seats per month - To work on getting inbound campaigns every quarter of the year
  • Prequalifies each potential client before introducing them to the company and starting a deal
  • Follows the contact center sales process documents and checklist
  • Prepares all necessary document to promote the contact center and make it more pleasing to the BPO market
  • Develop and manage budgets and metrics, understand and implement coding schemes for the purpose of tracking
  • Analyze and report program performance; provide recommendations and results for improvement and new programs.
  • Propose new internet marketing strategies to make the company competitive and updated
  • Manage day-to-day client and company relationships through presentations and conference calls
  • Design, manage and implement internet marketing programs including but not limited to paid search marketing, organic optimization, blog implementation, link building and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Deliver reports, activities and client list every week or as requested by the management

Job Purpose :

  • To introduce the company to contact center clients in the global BPO market
  • Shall formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote the Company’s products and services.
  • Shall also focus on sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
  • To identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy for Special Projects.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
  • Should have experience on working with contact center clients
  • Has BPO experience and know-how
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Should be knowledgeable in MS office
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Willing to work full time (On-site and Remote)
