Accounting Staff
at Heru Human Resource Specialist Company in General Trias
Qualifications:
- Female
- Single
- Not more than 30 yrs old
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to render over time
- With experience in the same field
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare the monthly trial balance and interim financial statements
- Reconcile the bank accounts on monthly basis
- Monitor transactions with various banks
- Preparation of Cash Flow Projections
- Check the correctness of the payroll
- Check the correctness of the billing statement
- Prepare all mandatory BIR returns:
- Monthly and quarterly VAT returns
- Monthly 1601C and 1601E
-Quarterly Income tax Returns 1702Q
-Yearly Alphalists 1604CF and 1604E and attachments
-Payment of Annual Registration Fees
- Renew municipal licenses
- Prepare all other schedules needed by the management.
