Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• 20 - 35 years old
• Graduate of Business Administration or any related courses
• Has at least one year experience in Purchasing
• Computer literate.

Job responsibilities:

• Selects and monitors supplier’s list of bids, invitation and price quotations in compliance with the purchasing department’s policies.
• Analyzes bids to determine lowest acceptable bidder.
• Interviews prospective suppliers resolve complaints, monitors contracts and special request.
• Secures necessary technical information or procured materials, seeking expertise from production department.
• Coordinates all new materials ordered with scheduled deliveries to alleviate excess inventory problems.
• Follow-up back orders of office supplies, arrange terms of deliver, communicates to departments the expected delivery date.
• Researches and selects suppliers in given circumstances, evaluates suppliers performance, utilize different support sources to fill orders directed.
• Search out alternate suppliers during periods of shortages or stock outs.
• Types and files purchasing documents.
