Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing English communication skills of all agents and supervisors
• Conducts sales and customer service skills training
  Generates training program for new agents
• Generates training program for old employees
• Follow up and evaluates all trainees before and after the training
• Works with the supervisors to make sure that all items covered in the training are implemented on the floor
• Generate and schedules one on one training
• Generate and schedules training by group without compromising the actual operation
• Do research and improvement plan training to update all employees
• Review and revision of scripts if necessary

Qualifications:

• Should have working experience and has a clear idea on what is a BPO company
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasing personality
• Has leadership skills and able to do coaching and training
• Positive working attitude
• Confidence is high

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
