CHAT SUPPORT:

• Average to excellent in spelling, grammar and communication skills
• Can type 40-45 words per minute with atleast 90% accuracy
• Ability to multi-task (handling 5 or more chats concurrently/simultaneously)
• Ability to independently research information via the net
• Ability to navigate 3 or more tools
• Willing to work in shifting schedules/holidays
• Call center experience is preferred but not required

TELEMARKETING

• Good in Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
• Willing to be assigned on the night-shift schedule
• Willing to undergo training
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Call center experience is an advantage
