Qualifications:

• Preferably Diploma in Customs Administration, Accounting, Business Administration and other Business related course
• Must have at least 3 years work experience as IMPEX Staff in an Economic Zone Set up
• Knowledgeable in Peza Implementing rules and regulations on Import and Export processes
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of PEZA monthly and quarterly report
• Can coordinate directly to shipping line, forwarders, brokers concerning import and export shipments
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of Shipping documents for Import and export and custom warehousing entry.
• Can coordinate in the following government agencies e.g. GTEB, EAD-PEZA, BOC, BOI
• Knowledgeable in Purchasing activities
• Can assist in the daily administration need of the company e.g annual inventory of office supplies, purchases of office supplies etc..
• Knowledgeable in using of office equipment e.g. fax, PABX, Scanner and other office equipment.
