Accounts Servicing Assistant

Qualifications:
a. Educational Requirement - graduate of any 4 year course; preferably BS
Commerce / Accounting
b. Experiential Requirement - with at least 2 years work related experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
c. Required Technical skills - with knowledge in basic computer skills
and efficient records management
d. Required Interpersonal skills - has the ability to work under pressure; with good verbal and written communication skills; with excellent customer relations
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures accuracy of information relative to the customers’ payments being collected
2. Prepares follow-up collection letters and other related documents to customers.
3. Coordinates with accredited brokers regarding payments of their respective buyers.
4. Handles buyers’ inquiries relative to the status of their accounts.
5. Performs various clerical tasks as required, including recording, typing and preparation of outgoing mails.
6. Prepare status report on collections for Management’s information.
7. Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records incumbent has access to.
8. Performs other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
