Quality Control Officer

Minimum Requirements:
a. Educational Requirement - graduate of BS Architecture / Civil Engineering preferably with Professional License
b. Experiential Requirement - minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Engineering; preferably with background in construction or real estate industry
c. Required skills - good in verbal and written communication skills; with excellent technical skills, particularly planning and coordinating skills
d. Required Interpersonal skills - meticulous; flexible; ability to work under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates with Operations Department the effective implementation of the Project as planned, designed and approved by the Management.
2. Coordinates with other sections for the necessary documentations to be furnished to operations for the implementation and start up of activities at the site.
3. Negotiate and accredit contractors for its implementation and start up.
4. Coordinate the quality control inspection at the site for on-going activities being done and undergone by the various contractors.
5. Recommends to management any immediate action and/or revisions to be done on the on-going activities based on the results of Quality Control inspection and review.
6. Evaluates proposals of the contractors on various quotes and recommend appropriate options favorable to management in consideration of profit impact by coordinating the same to Finance section for profitability analysis.
7. Supervises, oversees and monitors construction activities, handles any problem that may arise during the work process.
8. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the Superior.
