Booking Distributor Sales Personnel

2. College graduate
3. At least 3 years of product and selling experience
4. Willing to work in Cavite
Job Description:
Ensures availability of all products to supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, and peddlers at a cost-efficient and effectie manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Analyze business conditions and trends of all assigned Accounts.
2. Ensure regular covergae of all Accounts.
3. Maintain good trade relations with account Owners.
4. Conduct monthly table-top discussion with Top 10 Distributor-served Accounts, and present Annual Business Review as well.
5. Coordinate with Logistics Team with regard to delivery schedules and short deliveries.
6. Assist in coordination and smooth implementation of all in-store projects and marketing activities.
7. Negotiate with dealers for promo support and other marketing-related activites.
8. Implements and monitors the credit and collection policy of the Company.
9. Ensures immediate placement of new products in all outlets.
10. Ensures strict compliance with the operational policy, systems and procedures, schedules of Purchase Orders, Deliveries, Stock Management, and Bad Order Retrieval.
11. Observes timely and accurate submission of all reports.
12. Ensures that all brands are displayed within "hot spot" and well advertised inside and outside of the outlets through effective use of merchandising materials (i.e. posters, hanging baskets, price cards, mobiles, POP materials, etc)
13. Train Merchandisers on the system of outlets, and regularly check their performance and relationship with the outlet's employees.
