Full-time Guest Services Supervisor

at SM City Rosario, Cavite in Rosario

Works alongside the Mall Manager in performing activities on the control and coordination of people, networks, center facilities and other resources in order to provide client, customer and guest services that will create long-lasting and loyal relationships with the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), balikbayans and their families, leading to increase business activities such as help-desk assistance, catalogue, merchandising, promos and travel packages, and other center facilities and services, including other mall patronage related products and services that are within the limits of company mandated policies and government laws.

REQUIREMENTS:
Male atleast 5”7” tall or Female atleast 5' 4” tall with pleasing personality
A Bachelor’s Degree Holder relevant to the field
23-30 years old
With relevant work experience in customer relations and gained from a customer-oriented industry
Supervisory applicants must have atleast 1 year supervisory experience
Customer-oriented, flexible, smart, and confident individuals who are willing to work on holidays, shifting schedule, extended work hours.
