Human Resource Officer / Supervisor

The HR Officer/Supervisor works alongside the human resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among the management and its employees within the mall and the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinance, and the Labor Laws or Code.
REQUIREMENTS:
Female not more than 30 years old
A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
With 1-5 years work experience as a generalist track gained from a customer-oriented industry
Preference will be given to those with supervisory experience
Dynamic, intelligent, creative, flexible, confident individuals who are able to work effectively under pressure.
Willing to work on holidays, shifting schedule, extended work hours.
