Full-time Assistant Mall Manager

at SM City Rosario, Cavite in Rosario

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Enhances the values of the shopping mall and ensures its profitable operations

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

A. INCOME PERFORMANCE
1. Ensures that the mall is performing in accordance with the Management's set income goals and directions
2. Prepares annual budgets and ensures strict adherence thereto

B. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
1. Enhances the physical value of the mall by ensuring
a. the proper upkeep of the building including its amenities, utilities and equipment

b. the provision of security control and safety measures to the mall, its employees, tenants and customers

c. the effective and efficient implementation of warehouse management practices, i.e. Proper inventory management and control, documents and materials handling, and security of stocks and materials in the warehouse

2. Coordinates with concerned parties on mall operations, i.e. Mall improvements and repairs, continuous/
a. uninterrupted supply of utilities , preventive maintenance of all facilities and equipment

C. TENANT MANAGEMENT
1. Ensures the effective implementation of all tenant-related policies, guidelines and systems and procedures pertaining to store operations, constructions, and leasing (as stipulated in the House Rules and Memorandum of
Agreement)

2. Maintains professional relationship with the tenant, and with the communities and institutions within the vicinity of the mall

3. Provides the tenants with all necessary advise (marketing strategies, employee management, store design and display, right merchandise mix) to assist them to meet their sales goals

D. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
1. Ensures the correct and timely implementation of management information dissemination, reporting, and feedback mechanism in aid of crisis management

2. Ensures the proper implementation of house rules and regulations, and company policies in the mall

3. Ensures the proper orientation and training of all new hires and the proper development of all line and staff subordinates

4. Monitors and/or evaluates the performance of all subordinates directly under him and concurs with those who are administratively under him including all security personnel and traffic aides

5. Periodically meets with the Support Groups and Security during their respective General Assemblies in order to be intouch with their current conditions and accordingly boost morale

REQUIREMENTS:
Male not more than 40 years old
With Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree from reputable universities.
3-5 years operations management work experience gained from a
customer-oriented industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business-sense skills.
Dynamic, intelligent, creative, flexible, confident individuals who are able to
work effectively under pressure.
Willing to work on holidays, shifting schedule, extended work hours.
