Responsibilities:
*Working with Account Manager and other concerned individuals to discuss and understand client requirements *Formulate layout design or presentation to conceive, develop, and produce effective creative materials and design solutions *Creating effective website designs *Supervising the Junior Designers in their given project tasks *Train the Junior Designers to be a good website designer *Responsible for the entire Creative Department
Requirements:
*Manage multiple projects, adjust to changing schedules and meet deadlines *Proficient in communication skills *Graduated of Bachelor’s degree in ANY related field *At least 2 years of working experience as Website Designer and Creative Director in a Website Designing Company *Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image-ready, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver and other applications for image enhancements and web design *Proficient in Design, typography, page layout and design *Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite *Portfolio needed upon application
