Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 40 years old;
• graduate of Engineering course or any related courses;
• with at least 5 years work experience in various sales activities as Manager in an Electronics Manufacturing Company;
• can conduct one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communication and can provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives’ sales and activity performance;
• able to control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
• proven leadership and ability to drive sales team;
• analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization;
• Can speak Japanese or Nihongo is an advantage.
