Responsibilities: * An entrepreneur or businessman/ woman at heart with a passion for retail store operation -related function to achieve/ exceed the store’s sales and operational efficiency target by managing self, customer service, competitor impact, store employees, facilities, funds, inventory and sales performance.
Requirements: * Graduate of BSHRM, Management, Tourism or any business course * Related work experience of more than a year in the same/ similar level required * Effective and efficient records management for weekly reporting of accomplishments, KRA from recording, monitoring, filing and quick response to employee inquiries and charging of financial accountabilities with proper documentation etc. * Systematic, organized, and innovative in improving MFG products and services Result and detail – oriented with a sense of urgency/ time – consciousness * Flexible with the right attitude for the achievement of company goals * Interested applicants are required to have concrete leadership experience preferably in the same/ similar capacity from any food/ service industry.
